60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 60 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original or reasonable condition
  • You must contact us with your order number and reason for the return
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will organise the correct item to be sent to you along with a return label for the incorrect item.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  3. Once your return is received and assessed, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned after the 60-day window without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Digital or downloadable products (where applicable)
